Here's a quick Indonesian recipe from our lovely maid Wentie
I explained the idea of our blog to her and she immediately said: "you can share my way"
she calls it: "Mi Goreng"
First: she boils the noodles in hot water and then she applies a raw egg to it
"the egg will eventually get cooked well with the water"
no worries said Wentie
Second: she cuts some lettuce, green pepper and celery on the noodles
Third: She applies the tomato one minute before it's finally done
Fourth: put it in a nice plate
Lastly, enjoy it
